If you have a technical failure on the part of your computer hardware or software that blocks your ability to download a course, please Contact Us. If we can't help you with a successful remedy you will be issued a refund. Refunds granted for any reason will be made by company check within 4-6 weeks after the refund request is received, minus a processing charge of $10.

No refunds will be granted once the course quiz has been submitted.
