If you have a technical failure on the part of your computer hardware or software that blocks your ability to download a course, please Contact Us. If we can't help you with a successful remedy for those computer-based problems, you will be issued a full refund. Refunds granted for any reason other than a computer or software problem will be made by a credit back to your credit card within 4-6 weeks after the refund request is received, minus a processing charge of $25.

No refunds will be granted once the Course Worksheet has been submitted. No refunds will be issued after six months from the purchase date.
