If you have a technical failure on the part of your computer hardware or software that blocks your ability to download a course, please send an email to Jack@thewholecircle.com. If we can't help you with a successful remedy for those computer-based problems, you will be issued a full refund. Refunds granted for any reason other than a computer or software problem will be made by directing a credit back to you via your transacting financial institution within 4-6 weeks after the refund request is received, minus a processing charge of $25.00.
No refunds will be granted once a Course Worksheet has been requested and supplied to the student. No refunds will be issued after ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
